Order Tracking

Once you have placed your order, you can track the status of your order at any time by logging into you account. Automatically generated emails will be sent to you whenever we change the status of your order.



Your orders will be dispatched as soon as possible through Royal Mail. Please note that personalised orders may take longer so let us know if you need your order by a certain date, otherwise, delivery of goods should be posted within 30 days. Products are posted directly to you or to your chosen delivery address. We will not be responsible for wrong / undeliverable addresses. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible.

Risk passes from the trader to the consumer when the goods are delivered unless the courier is not one offered or named by the trader as an option, but chosen and arranged by the consumer – in this case risk passes to the consumer when the item is delivered to the courier.

We ship worldwide but each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any custom or duty charges that may be applicable.


Cancellation and Returns

This policy does not apply to any personalised or bespoke goods. Your cancellation rights will end as soon as work has started on personalised items. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will cancel your order providing it has not been started or posted. For non personalised items, please note your cancellation rights will end 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you need to cancel your order within these 14 days please e-mail us – you may use the attached model cancellation form but it is not obligatory. After it has been agreed, you must then return the goods to us at your own expense and you must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, which results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you the goods supplied.

Goods should not be returned to Sunset Ocean Designs without prior agreement.  All agreed returns should be packed correctly. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of items being received.
